Términos de uso

Al crear una cuenta o usar Orion Chat, aceptás estos términos. Son cortos y buscan una sola cosa: que Orion sea un lugar lindo para charlar con amigos.
1. Tu cuenta
- Tenés que tener al menos 13 años, o la edad que exija la ley de tu país si es mayor.
- Usá un mail que sea tuyo: es la única forma de recuperar la cuenta si te olvidás la contraseña.
- Cuidá tu contraseña. Lo que se haga con tu cuenta es tu responsabilidad.
2. Reglas de convivencia
En Orion Chat no está permitido:
- Acosar, insultar, amenazar o discriminar a otras personas.
- Mandar spam, publicidad que nadie pidió o estafas.
- Compartir contenido ilegal, contenido sexual que involucre a menores, o violencia extrema.
- Hacerse pasar por otra persona.
- Compartir cosas de otros sin su permiso (fotos privadas, datos personales, contenido con derechos de autor).
- Intentar romper, vulnerar o sobrecargar la app o el servidor.
3. Lo que compartís
Lo que mandás es tuyo. Nos das permiso para guardarlo y mostrárselo a las personas que vos elegís (tus amigos y los miembros de tus salones), solo para que la app funcione. Sos responsable de lo que compartís.
4. Moderación
Cualquiera puede reportar a otra persona desde el chat. Revisamos los reportes (incluida la copia de los mensajes que se guarda al reportar) y, si alguien no cumple estas reglas, podemos borrar su contenido y suspender su cuenta por un tiempo o para siempre.
5. El servicio
- Orion Chat es gratis y se ofrece tal como está. Hacemos lo posible para que funcione bien, pero puede tener errores o interrupciones.
- Podemos cambiar, agregar o quitar funciones.
- Hacemos copias de seguridad, pero no podemos garantizar que nunca se pierda ningún dato.
6. Funciones pagas
Si en el futuro Orion Chat ofrece una versión paga, sus condiciones y su precio se van a informar con claridad antes de que pagues.
7. Dejar de usar Orion Chat
Podés eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la app (menú ▼ → Eliminar mi cuenta). Más detalles en la política de privacidad.
8. Cambios y ley aplicable
Si cambiamos estos términos, publicamos la versión nueva en esta página con la fecha actualizada. Se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina.

By creating an account or using Orion Chat, you accept these terms. They are short and aim for one thing: making Orion a nice place to chat with friends.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required by the law of your country if it is higher.
- Use an email that belongs to you: it's the only way to recover your account if you forget your password.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
2. Community rules
On Orion Chat you may not:
- Harass, insult, threaten or discriminate against other people.
- Send spam, unwanted advertising or scams.
- Share illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or extreme violence.
- Pretend to be someone else.
- Share other people's things without their permission (private photos, personal data, copyrighted content).
- Try to break, hack or overload the app or the server.
3. What you share
What you send is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose (your friends and the members of your rooms), only so the app can work. You are responsible for what you share.
4. Moderation
Anyone can report another person from the chat. We review reports (including the copy of the messages saved when reporting) and, if someone breaks these rules, we may delete their content and suspend their account temporarily or permanently.
5. The service
- Orion Chat is free and provided as is. We do our best to keep it working well, but it may have bugs or interruptions.
- We may change, add or remove features.
- We make backups, but we can't guarantee that no data will ever be lost.
6. Paid features
If Orion Chat offers a paid version in the future, its conditions and price will be clearly shown before you pay.
7. Stopping using Orion Chat
You can delete your account whenever you want from the app (menu ▼ → Delete my account). More details in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with the updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

创建账号或使用 Orion Chat，即表示你同意本条款。条款很短，只有一个目的：让 Orion 成为和朋友愉快聊天的地方。

2. 社区规则
在 Orion Chat 中，禁止以下行为：
- 骚扰、辱骂、威胁或歧视他人。
- 发送垃圾信息、未经请求的广告或诈骗信息。
- 分享违法内容、涉及未成年人的色情内容或极端暴力内容。
- 冒充他人。
- 未经许可分享他人的东西（私人照片、个人信息、受版权保护的内容）。
- 试图破坏、入侵应用或服务器，或使其超负荷。
3. 你分享的内容
你发送的内容归你所有。你允许我们保存这些内容，并展示给你选择的人（你的好友和你所在房间的成员），仅用于让应用正常运行。你需要对自己分享的内容负责。
4. 管理
任何人都可以在聊天中举报他人。我们会审核举报（包括举报时保存的消息副本）；如果有人违反这些规则，我们可能会删除其内容，并临时或永久停用其账号。
5. 服务
- Orion Chat 免费提供，并按现状提供。我们会尽力保证其正常运行，但可能会出现错误或中断。
- 我们可能会修改、增加或移除功能。
- 我们会进行备份，但无法保证数据永远不会丢失。
6. 付费功能
如果 Orion Chat 将来推出付费版本，其条件和价格会在你付款前清楚说明。
7. 停止使用 Orion Chat
你可以随时在应用中注销账号（▼ 菜单 → 注销账号）。更多信息请参阅隐私政策。
8. 条款变更与适用法律
如果我们修改本条款，会在本页面发布新版本并更新日期。本条款受阿根廷共和国法律管辖。
